Based in Sainte-Maxime since 2010, STG handles demolition, earthworks, utilities, masonry and asphalt paving for municipalities, developers and private clients across the Var department.
STG — Société de Terrassement et Goudronnage — is a SARL founded in February 2010 by Florent Michoux, who has been a civil-works project director since 1997 (Fréjus, then Saint-Raphaël). The team is 11 permanent staff + 2 fixed-term: machine operators, HGV drivers, masons, a surveyor, a site foreman. Main service area: eastern Var and western Alpes-Maritimes, for public clients, developers and private owners.
From demolition to the finished asphalt layer, STG covers the full lifecycle of a civil-works site.
Demolition of existing structures, stripping, sorting rubble at source for recovery.
Projects
Cut-and-fill, platforms, backfilling, shoring, underpinning.

Wastewater, stormwater, drinking water, dry ducting, connections and manholes.

ProjectsFewer trips to the landfill; reuse what leaves the site right where it came out.
Inert material, green waste and non-recyclable debris separated from the moment of excavation.
Composting or mulching — zero transport to a landfill for the vegetal fraction.
Concrete, milled asphalt, rubble — crushed on site and reused as fill or base.
Grain-size sorting to produce calibrated recycled aggregates.

Machine operators, HGV drivers, masons, a pipe layer, a surveyor, a site foreman — all on STG's payroll.
